On Sunday, Sept. 11, at 3:38 p.m. the fire department was dispatched to a mutual aid structure fire at the request of the Compton Junction Fire Department in Vernon County. Two trucks and 12 firefighters responded.

On Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 5:31 p.m. the department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident two miles west of ElDo. Three trucks and 12 firefighters responded.

On Friday, Sept. 16, at 10:58 p.m. the fire department was dispatched to a burning structure that was in the process of being demolished. Three trucks and 15 firefighters responded.

On Saturday, Sept. 17, at 7:38 a.m. the fire department was dispatched to a medical clinic on Hospital Rd. for a smoke alarm going off. The alarm was malfunctioning. Two truck and 10 firefighters responded.
