Despite chilly temperatures and pouring rain, a few dozen supporters gathered Friday, May 8, at the Pomme de Terre Dam Administration Pavilion in Hermitage to hear from Dr. Sam Alexander, who is running for Missouri State Senate District 28. Current State Sen. Sandy Crawford is term-limited. Attendees asked questions, picked up campaign signs, and discussed issues affecting rural Missouri. Voting will take place Aug. 4.
