Julian-Sumner reunion held

The Julian-Sumner family reunion was held Sept. 11 in the El Dorado Springs Civic Center.

The following people were honored: the youngest – 3 year old – Josephine Lee, daughter of Doug Lee; the oldest – Pauline Hlavacek, 91, and John Janes, 89; married the longest – Jack and Mary Lady, 59 years; married the shortest time – Fred and Juda Wosoba, one year; most grandchildren – Larry Lee with 13; best home cooked dish – barbequed brisket by Kevin Purtle.

Those attending from Greenfield were: Dalis and Sharron Julian, Jake Julian, Jason Julian and Jeff Julian.  Others from out of town were – Janie Shaw – Monett and Frankie Julian – Kansas City.
