Masters transferred for trial

Ty Gaither, the Cedar County Prosecutor, announces on July 13, 2022, pursuant to a hearing before the Honorable Thomas Pyle, defendant Alex Masters was transferred for trial to the Circuit Court of Cedar County on murder and burglary charges involving the death of Johnnie Billing on Sept. 27, 2021.
