NEW CCMH BOARD PRESIDENT

Michelle Leroux, was recently elected President of the Cedar County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees. She is a graduate of El Dorado Springs High School and holds a BS in Mass Media from Missouri State University. She worked in broadcast news for 10 years and media relations for Cox Health for nine years. She also taught broadcast history, news production and public relations at Lincoln University.

Michelle is married to Richard Leroux and together the couple have owned Experience Hearing Center for the past 3 years. They, along with son, Juris, reside in El Dorado Springs. Michelle has smoothly stepped into the position of Board President and is looking forward to her responsibility as a local healthcare advocate for our county hospital as we move into the ever changing landscape of patient care in the future.
