The New Kids on the Block 4-H Meeting began at 6 p.m. June 9, at the LOL Fairgrounds. The meeting was called to order by Nathen Adams. The American pledge was led by the Kings and the 4-H by the Kinnetts.

Roll call was given by Kentley Rieder reporting as Secretary with the question “What has been your favorite 4-H project this year?” Treasurer’s Report was given Kolten Norman.

In old business, 4-H members were reminded to complete the appropriate level of Missouri Show Me Quality Assurance.

In new business, project leaders were reminded Project Meeting Record forms are due to the extension office by July 1. The County Council Report was given by Julie Rieder.

The club voted to host Recognition again this year. There will be no July club meeting since our regular meeting time is during the LOL Fair week. The club will meet again from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, at the El Dorado Springs City Pool.

After the meeting was adjourned the club did our community service activity to clean the LOL Metal Building, the LOL Cook Shack, and picked up trash around the fairgrounds.
