Judd Lawson led the pledge to the American flag and Alexus Evans led the pledge to the 4-H flag. The treasurer’s report was approved. The club voted to have members bring their favorite finger foods to our November meeting, which will be our members’ recognition night as well as our holiday celebration. In lieu of a gift exchange, the club voted to bring items to pack in baskets for shut-ins. Members were also encouraged to bring items each month for the local women’s shelter. The club elected the following officers for the new year:

President: George Siegismund, Vice President: Cameron Lawson, Secretary: Alexus Evans, Treasurer: Makayla Pennington Reporter: Preston Ferguson, Historian/Photographer: Abby Lame, Parliamentarians: Isaac Hubbard and Isaac Shipp.

Game Leader and Song Leader: Judd Lawson and Grace Hubbard.

A hot dog roast with bon fire was planned, but due to the dry conditions Susan brought a grill for the hot dogs. Everyone enjoyed food, sack races, relay races, bubble-making, and playing corn hole. Our next meeting will be Nov. 21 at 10 a.m.
