PEACE OF MIND

Candi Dahmer, who works in the CCMH HR Department was the guest speaker at the Cedar County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary meeting on Thursday, June 20. Ms. Dahmer spoke about her own journey towards inner peace with deep breathing, yoga and keeping her mind in the moment. She also spoke about attitude and gratitude.
