Woman jailed on domestic assault and trespassing warrants

A woman was taken into custody on April 25 on warrants alleging domestic assault and trespassing.

Christina Correa, 40, was arrested by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 11:08 p.m. Court records show Correa is charged with domestic assault in the fourth degree, first or second offense, and first-degree trespass. Both charges list an alleged offense date of April 26, 2026.

Bond was set at $1,500 cash or surety on the domestic assault charge. No bond amount was listed for the trespassing charge at the time of booking.

Publicly available court records reviewed did not list additional pending charges or past offenses beyond those associated with the current warrants.

As of press time, the individual was still being held at the Cedar County Jail.

Thomas Rowland

Lamar man jailed on multiple burglary, theft, and drug warrants

A Lamar man was taken into custody April 23 on multiple warrants alleging burglary, theft, and drug-related offenses.

Thomas Rowland, 31, was arrested by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 3:30 p.m. Court records show Rowland is charged with second-degree burglary, theft or stealing of an original copy of an act, bill, or resolution introduced or acted upon by the Missouri Legislature, and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid of 11 to 35 grams. Records also list an additional second-degree burglary warrant tied to the same case period. Duplicate burglary entries in court records were not repeated in this report.

The listed offense dates for the charges are June 10, 2025. Bond amounts included $10,000 cash or surety on one burglary charge, $500 cash or surety on the theft charge, $1,000 cash or surety on another burglary charge, and no bond listed on the capias warrant tied to the drug charge.

Timothy Younce

Kansas City man jailed on motor vehicle theft warrant

A Kansas City man was taken into custody on April 21 on an outstanding felony warrant alleging motor vehicle theft.

Timothy Younce, 51, was arrested by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 7:08 a.m. on April 22. Court records show Younce is charged with stealing a motor vehicle, watercraft, or aircraft, a felony offense. The alleged offense date is listed as Dec. 22, 2025.

Bond in the case was set at $25,000 cash only.

Publicly available court records reviewed did not list additional pending charges or past offenses beyond the charge associated with this warrant.

Peter Dunbar

El Dorado Springs man jailed on fugitive and fleeing-related warrants

An El Dorado Springs man was taken into custody on April 21 on multiple warrants that include fugitive and fleeing-related allegations.

Peter M. Dunbar, 67, was arrested by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 7:29 p.m. Court records show Dunbar is charged with being a fugitive from out of state, resisting arrest, detention, or stop by fleeing and creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death, and driving while suspended, revoked, or denied. Duplicate fleeing entries in court records were not repeated in this report.

All listed charges carry an alleged offense date of April 21, 2026. Bond was set at $100,000 cash only on the fugitive charge. No bond had been set on the remaining charges at the time of booking.

Charles Herrmann

Fenton man jailed on felony fleeing and resisting arrest charge

A Fenton man was taken into custody April 21 on an outstanding felony warrant alleging he fled from law enforcement and created a substantial risk of serious injury or death.

Charles Herrmann, 32, was arrested by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 3:21 p.m. Court records show Herrmann is charged with resisting arrest, detention, or stop by fleeing and creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death, a felony offense. The alleged offense date is listed as April 9, 2026.

Bond in the case was set at $20,000 cash only.

Steven Horning

El Dorado Springs man jailed on robbery and armed criminal action charges

An El Dorado Springs man was taken into custody April 20 on felony warrants alleging robbery and armed criminal action.

Steven Horning, 42, was arrested by the El Dorado Springs Police Department and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 4:26 p.m. Court records show Horning is charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action, both felony offenses. The alleged offense date for both charges is listed as April 10, 2026.

At the time of booking, no bond had been set on either charge.
