TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in The Hill Church, (formerly Bethel Free Will Church) 1300 S. Summer St, El Dorado Springs Thursday, July 21, for their weekly weigh-in and meeting.
Linda Hall, Leader, called the meeting to order.
We sang “I want to be at that meeting”
We said our TOPS and KOPS pledges.
Linda led us in roll call and walking reports. Twenty-one members weighed in; we had a gain of 11.0 and a loss of 9.8 lbs. resulting in a net gain of 1.2 lbs. Best loser for the week was Judy B with a loss of 2 lbs. Congratulations Judy B! We welcomed Rita who is visiting our chapter today.
Linda H had the program today. She spoke on BEE Proud! Be proud of your accomplishments. Think back to what you remember the most from what you did last week. Maybe you turned down a dessert you really wanted but knew you did not need. Maybe you helped a neighbor. She had each member write down something they were proud of from last week then we read them aloud and commented on them. Tammy told about focusing on drinking more water so she made up a drink she calls “Sassy Water” it is water. It contains cucumber, lemon, ginger and mint. No calories but more satisfying than just plain water.

Laura needs people to see her to fill in the August calendar for programs.
Marilyn reported on the State Contest. Everyone is doing great just don’t forget to show her your food chart each week so she can mark it off.
Marble game: Linda C won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.
Installation of Officers will be the first meeting in August.
Terri will be having a birthday this week.
With no other business meeting was adjourned with Linda’s quote of the week; “It’s never too late to be what you want to be. Unless you want to be younger. Then you’re screwed” and our Chapter Motto: IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME.
TOPS #MO 9319 meets each Thursday morning in the “Hill Church” formerly known as Bethel Free Will Church 1300 S. Summer, El Dorado Springs. Weigh in starts at 7:45 a.m. the meeting begins at 8:45 a.m. and is over by 10 a.m.
