TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in The Firefly Services building, formerly known as “Preferred Family Thursday, March 6, for their regular weigh-in and meeting.
Our leader, Warren called the meeting to order, Linda Hall led us in singing “Our TOPS”.
Warren led us in our TOPS and KOPS Pledge.
Warren then led us in Roll Call.
Fifteen members weighed in today. We had a 2.6 gain and a 12.8 loss giving us a 10.2 net loss! Warren and Connie each had a 1.8 loss, Erin had a 2.8 loss, Jan had a 3.0 loss and our best looser for the week was Linda C. with a 3.4 loss! Congratulations to all.
Marilyn led us in a series of stretching and chair exercises.
Warren reminded us next week we will be offering leftover potato bake supplies for members to buy.
Linda Hall presented the awards program today.
Sue and Erin received back in black with perfect attendance certificates.
Steve received his back in black with perfect attendance certificate and was the month’s Best Loser award, he lost 5.6 pounds in February and was the best loser pot which had grown to $30.43. Congratulations Steve!
Laura received her KOPS Reinstatement certificate and charm
Marilyn, Linda Hall and Marie all received Back in black with perfect attendance certificates.
Jean received her 20 consecutive years KOPS certificate and charm and a 20 years consecutive KOPS in Black certificate.
Winner of free dues was Marilyn, since she is a KOPS, she gave this to Connie.
For the month of February, the chapter had 11.4 gains and 13.4 losses giving us a net loss of 2 pounds.

Pat reported on the new contest. She gave everyone a copy of the rules. The cost to enter is $2 per member. The contest starts today and members will earn stickers to place on the board next week. You can earn up to 6 stickers a week. Person with the most stickers will be the winner. If you did not get a copy, please see Pat.
Marble game: Judy won the right to draw, she got the red one which gave her the right to draw again, she then got the white one. She won $74.50 and the chapter received $74.50. Congratulations Judy!
Warren asked for some non-scale victories. Laura commented she managed to stay off of junk food this past week. Steve and Juanita commented they were away from home this past week and had to eat out in restraints several days, they still only gained a small amount.
With no other business we closed with our motto “IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME”
