TOPS presents KOPS and TOPS awards

TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in The Preferred Family Healthcare building, 700 E. Hospital Rd, El Dorado Springs on Thursday, Feb. 1, for their regular weigh-in and meeting.

Warren, our leader, called the meeting to order.

Warren led us in roll call; 18 members weighed in. The chapter had a gain of 13.2 lbs. and a loss of 6.8 with a net gain of 6.4 lbs.

Best loser for the week was Rachael with a 2.0-pound loss, Congratulations Rachael!

Linda Hall got to do what she loves best today! She presented the awards for January.

TOPS AWARDS 1. Rachael: Back in Black with Perfect Attendance certificate 2. Laura: Back in Black with Perfect Attendance certificate 3. Margie: Back in Black with Perfect Attendance certificate 4. Juanita: Most Inches Lost, 1st Place certificate and charm losing 13.5” 5. Jan: Most Inches Lost, 2nd Place certificate losing 8.75” (lost 17.75” for the year) 6.

Achievements: 1. Margie lost .6# and is getting ever so close to her Goal 2. Sheryl had perfect Attendance 3. Pam lost .8 # this month 4. Warren had Perfect Attendance 5. Linda C. had an all-black month & lost .8# for the month 6. Juanita had Perfect Attendance 7. Rachael lost 2.8# for the month 8. Fred gained 4.6# 9. Samantha had Perfect Attendance 10.Sue had an all-black month & lost 3# for the month 11.Steve had Perfect Attendance 12.Laura lost 3# for the month 13.Stephany lost 12” since January 2023 14.Kaelin: got into a new decade for the year and lost 4# this month! 15.Constance had an all-black month 16.Jan had Perfect Attendance, is close to a new decade and her 35# loss – hope she accomplishes both of those this month! 17.Pat: had all-black month, lost 4.4# for the month, and reached her lowest weight this year (1/25)

Accomplishments: 1. Marie 2. Judy 3. Ray and below goal 4. Marilyn and below goal 5. Linda H. 6. Jean and below goal 7. Carol 11 had Perfect Attendance this month: Rachael, Sheryl, Warren, Samantha, Laura, Margie, Juanita, Steve, Jan, Marilyn and Linda H.

Juanita won the drawing for free dues for one month. 9 on our 20# to Goal POST-hope to reduce this month: Juanita 14.4#, LJ 13.6# to Goal, Linda C. 12.2# to Goal, Sheryl 11.8# to Goal, Samantha is 6.8# to Goal, Jan 5.6# to Goal, Sue 3.4# to Goal, Laura 3# to Goal and Margie 1.4# to Goal. CHAPTER: Our gains were 31.6# and our Losses were 44.4# leaving us with a NET Loss of 12.8#

Laura reported on the contest. She said when each member has completed ten of the things on the list to turn the paper into her and she would enter them in the drawing.

Marble game: Sue won the right to draw for the marble but did not get the winning one.  The pot is at $27.
