Marilyn had the program today. She asked what we all have but sometimes lose it. Self-Control is defined as Control of one’s everyday choices and actions. The Bible even speaks of Self Control. Proverbs 25-28 says A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.
Self-control is very hard when dealing with food as we must all have food to exist.
But it can be done. There are many things in life we have no control of but what you eat can be controlled.
Marilyn then had us walk for a period of time. Thank you, Marilyn, for a great program. Your topic fell right into our discussion during roll call.
Linda Hall had some information on the upcoming SRD: If you ordered t-shirts or charms, please pay Sue for these as soon as possible as this order must go in right away.
If you plan to attend SRD you need to leave a deposit of $40 with Sue. If you go, your deposit will be returned.
Linda said the SRD committee is asking that no photos be taken. You can buy photos of the event from the SRD Committee. Please see Linda H if you want to sign up to attend.
March 2nd will be our Chapter Recognition Day.

Chapters are encouraged to come with skits, information on their chapters and any information they want to share. It would be nice if our chapter could attend as a group.
Judy B announced she changed her challenge to loss of 2 lbs. per week starting on March 9. Ray B issued a challenge to the KOPS to bring a guest to each meeting for five weeks starting on March 9.
Sue reminded us dues are due.
