Bob and Cheryl Ellerman, of Edwards, visited in the home of Jewell and Helen Ellerman Sunday, Nov. 21.

Jewell and Helen Ellerman attended the Thanksgiving church service and dinner at the Grace United Methodist Church in El Dorado Springs Sunday evening, Nov. 21.

Joey Coy and Hunter and Ivy, of Calhoun spent the Thanksgiving week in the home of his mother, Karen Coy.

The Harwood Post Office is open Monday through Saturday from 1:15 to 3:15 p.m. so people can get their mail, buy stamps and mail packages. The lobby is open 24 hours a day so people can get their mail out of their box.

Madalyn’s Kitchen, south of Schell City, is open Sunday through Tuesday, closed on Wednesday and open Thursday through Saturday. She does serve breakfast on Sunday. She has a buffet on Sunday. Every week she is open at 4:30 a.m. and closes at 2 p.. on Friday and Monday.

Jewell and Helen Ellerman had Thanksgiving dinner at the American Legion on Thursday, Nov. 25. A friend, Linda, came and got them. It was put on by the Soup Kitchen.
