More of my legislative priorities are moving forward this session. On Thursday, Feb. 19, the Missouri Senate passed Senate Bill 835 and sent it to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration. This legislation would update provisions relating to bankruptcy and garnishments.

Senate Bill 1423 would modify provisions relating to physician licensure. This bill was heard by the Missouri Senate Emerging Issues and Professional Registration Committee on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

Senate Bill 1573 would modify provisions relating to certain children leaving foster care or the custody of the state. My proposal was heard by the Missouri Senate Families, Seniors and Health Committee on Wednesday, Feb. 18.

I am honored to serve as your senator in the Missouri Senate. If, at any time, you have questions, concerns or ideas regarding state government, please feel free to contact me at 573-751-8793 or Sandy.Crawford@senate.mo.gov.
