$150 grand prize, $75 first place, $50 second place and $25 third placek in utility credits for contest winners.
Judges will review lights, decorations, music and other elements on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 19 and 20.
Contest rules: Contestants must be on city utilities. Winners from previous year cannot win the same award the next year. Winners are encouraged to keep holiday decorations lit through Christmas Day.
