Citizen of the Year

RECOGNIZED – Nicole Keith was honored with being named the Citizen of the Year at the opening ceremonies for the Schell City Fall Festival. The award was presented by Schell City Mayor David McCubbin. Also noted were the winners of Yard of the Year: 1st place – Victoria Barker, 2nd place Pam Walker and 3rd place Clinton and Kim Goodman.
