Justin Swager missed the annual El Dorado Springs Christmas Parade so much, he decided to do his own. The parade is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, along the normal parade route – down Main Street between Fields and Broadway. Swager has obtained all permits he needs from the El Dorado Springs Police Department.
