Residents of Cedar County

Before I moved to Cedar County 19 years ago, my first question was “Is there a hospital?” Will that be a question that incoming industries and businesses will ask?

I have been to many hospitals over the USA and, due to my health issues, I have probably had access to every department in CCMH. I can vouch that our hospital is one of the best.

I totally agree with all of the positive comments made in the editorials for the past few months. What the residents of Cedar County need to ask themselves is, “Will physicians soon leave town if we don’t have a hospital? And “Do we want Cedar County to grow, stagnate or dwindle away?

I personally have answered the above questions and I am voting YES on June 2.
