The Elevate program is currently enjoying 17 years in Branson and other cities. The mission is to elevate communities by empowering neighbors to reach their full potential. The vision is for every individual to know hope, dignity and purpose through the love of Jesus.

The program has six core values – serving the poor, the forgotten and those who have no voice:

Inspiring people to be authentic, transparent and non -judgmental; empower people to take meaningful next steps; creating an amazing sense of community where people are treated with dignity, feel safe, accepted and valued in a non-judgmental way, moving people to embrace the journey of life and believing everyone can discover their God inspired purpose through opportunities to serve, connect with others and experience Jesus at their own pace.

The basic philosophy of Elevate is disempowering people when we do for them what they have ability to do for themselves.

Their vision is to restore hope, dignity and purpose to our neighbors, and this doesn’t happen effectively when give of our service and resources without unloving to ask our neighbors to take part in the journey towards achieving their own goals. It can be, however, unloving to wrongly assume they have nothing of value to offer us.
