Congratulations Warren. The chapter had an 18.2 loss with a 0-gain giving us a net loss of 18.2.

Congratulations to all the members, let’s keep up the good work.

Pat had the program today; she took her information from the TOPS NEWS March/April issue. “Tiny Steps, Big Wins. The Power of Creating Boring habits.

Most of us joined TOPS for one reason. To lose weight and keep it off sensibly. We are excited and motivated, but life happens and changes happen and gets us off the track, our efforts seem futile, we sometimes beat ourselves up and ask why even try? We may feel like failures, forgetting that failure happens only when we don’t act. Try setting new habits, not complicated ones but tiny boring ones, like the habit we all have of brushing our teeth. Start small, maybe you want to start walking, set out the walking shoes at night, put them on when you get up each day, walk in them a little further each day, then start walking a little way perhaps to the mailbox, eventually you will be walking more everyday and making it a habit.

Make your health a priority, if you let yourself go, who will take care of your family and all the things you do. set goals and remember that they may need to be revisited periodically as life shifts. Trust the process of tiny habits.

Thank you, Pat, for a great program.

Laura will have the program next week.

We will be going over the by-laws on the 26th,

Marble game: There is $19 in the pot, Laura won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.

With no other business we closed with our motto “IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME”
