LISTEN TO DR. MYERS ON 105.5 KESM

Cedar County Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that Dr. Patricia Myers, M.D. will appear on the April 2023 CCMH Update on KESM Radio – 105.5 FM in El Dorado Springs at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 25, to introduce herself to Cedar County and the surrounding area as she joins the CCMH team of providers. Dr. Myers will tell of her journey to become a Family/Internal Medicine physician, after early beginnings in the Badlands of North Dakota where she first became a Registered Nurse, then Nurse Practitioner before going on to Medical School at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. She completed fellowships in both Nephrology and Hypertension at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York.

She will touch on her personal philosophy of patient care and what brought her to the Cedar County area where she will spend two days per week at the Cedar County Family Clinic in Stockton once it opens on May 1, and two day per week at the Medical Mall Clinic in El Dorado Springs seeing outpatients. In addition, she will be the Hospitalist at Cedar County Memorial Hospital several nights each week caring for the inpatient population.

Dr. Myers and her husband recently purchased a home in Stockton where Dr. Myers explains, “that having been raised in a small rural community – this area feels like I’m coming back home.”
