Upcoming events at Living Waters Ranch

July 14 is the next scheduled Adult Special Needs Day Camp. Please contact Joyce Brown for time and location and to RSVP for lunch. This is a free day camp sponsored in part by Truman Lake Community Foundation and Clinton Knights of Columbus. Participants from all areas are welcome to attend with their caregiver and enjoy a day of fellowship, crafts, music and lunch.  RSVP by calling 417.646.2694 by July 11, or for more information.

Jeremiah Camp – Camp for children of prisoners – will be held in July. For safety and privacy reasons, dates and times will only be given out to families registering their children or enquiring about the camps. If you know of children from grades 2 – 6 whose parent(s) or guardians are in local or federal prison, please share this information with their current guardian. There is still room for more campers. This is a free camp and every attempt will be made to provide transportation for those needing help. This camp is designed to give hope through Jesus Christ, to children who are faced with the loss of their mom or dad, due to incarceration. If you would like to sponsor a child, please contact LWR for information about sponsorship.

Mark your calendars for the annual Fall Festival at LWR:  Oct. 1 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.  Many activities will be available this year at the annual free event. More information to come.

We are currently scheduling late summer/fall events at the ranch for schools, churches, organizations and families. All outings are tailored to the needs of the group coming to the ranch, whether it be a day trip, overnight or weekend campout. Contact Joyce Brown for cost/dates available and activity options.
