Veteran’s Sunday at 1st Christian

Nov. 6 will be a special day for Veterans at First  Christian Church, service starts at 10:30 a.m.

Shawn Abele will be present in worship with a service dog trained to serve Veterans.

The youth will perform a skit, and Pastor Jack will have a short message, “ Good Soldiers, Bad Wars.”

Each veteran will be honored with a gift and a lighted candle.  Following worship, we will have a terrific contributive meal together in the fellowship hall.  For more information, please call 876-3526.
