Charles Decker

Charles, 77, was born April 9, 1946, in Flatrock, to Charlie Edward Decker and Myrtle Irene (Topper) Weems Decker Walker. Charles lived in Fair Play, Bearcreek, Stockton and El Dorado Springs during his life with many family members and friends. He lived and worked on farms growing up, raising cattle, pigs and chickens. He enjoyed seeing his many friends at Scooters and Sunnyside Market. His hobbies were fishing, woodworking and making friends.
He attended the Church of Christ where he was baptized on Oct. 16, 2020.
Charles was preceded in death by his infant sister, Marguerite; his father, Charlie Decker, his mother, Myrtle Walker; sisters, Viola (Weems) Frazier, Norma (Decker) Taylor. He is survived by sisters, Charlene (Decker) Johnson and Patricia (Decker) Bender, and numerous nephews and nieces.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug 12, 2023, at Bland Hackleman Funeral Home.
