Pearl Louise Embry

Pearl Louise Embry, 91, Long Beach, CA, passed away June 27, 2016. Louise  was born Jan. 9, 1925, in Cedar County to John and Pearl Barritt Burrus.

After attending grade school in the Pleasant Ridge School south of El Dorado Springs. Louise attended High School in El Dorado Springs. She moved to Kansas City and worked for a telephone company for many years. Louise and husband, Elmer Embry, had lived in Huntington Beach, CA, for the past 35 years. Elmer passed away 15 years ago.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents and all of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by one nephew, John Burrus, and family; Nieces – Nancy Harris and family, Donna Livengood and family, Mary Winn and family, Susie Janes and family and Valeria Ray and family.
