Iris Belles Federated Garden Club awarded yard of the month to Tom aka Honey Bunny and Lisa Phillips who seven yers ago moved to 808 S. Main St. Tom is a truck drivers and Lisa works for KESM. Honey Bunny spends many hours gardening when he is home on the weekend. Lisa waters during the week and is busy placing animals hopefully to forever homes helping the lost and found. Seeing their yard from the street does not do it justice. There are begonias, roses, creeping charlie, geraniums, dogwood trees on the north side of the house. You can enjoy blooming driving down Main Street in the spring and the yard art with a bath tub with a mannequin and bubbles.
