Roger Clay Foster, 86, rural El Dorado Springs, passed away at his home on Monday morning, Feb. 8, 2021. Roger was born Dec. 21, 1934, in Ponca City, OK, the son of Leslie E. Foster and Irene (Howard) Foster.

Roger worked for Chicago Bridge and Iron (CB I) steel plate construction, traveling across the Midwest to the West coast building storage tanks.

He enjoyed hunting, playing golf, western movies, country music and was a lifetime member of NRA.

Preceding Roger in death were his parents, infant son, Toni, and daughter, Teresa Foster-Blenden.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy, of the home, sons, Randy Foster, of Oklahoma, Larry Foster, and Len Foster of California; step-children, Victoria Brown, of Clinton, Terri Maycock of Utah, and Joseph Winters of Oregon, 10 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.

Services for Roger Foster will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, at Bland-Hackleman Chapel with Brent Bland officiating, visitation will be before the service from 1-2 p.m.
