How well do you know the trees in your yard or near your campsite? Join Lake of the Ozarks team members on Saturday, May 28 to test your knowledge.
Starting at 7 p.m. in the main campground amphitheater, guests will learn more about the wild world of trees. From bark to leaf, we will identify trees and learn what makes them so important. Following the informational session, guests will go on a short hike to test their knowledge on tree identification and treetop trivia.
The program is free and open to the public. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be canceled.
Lake of the Ozarks State Park is located off Highway 42 in Kaiser. From Osage Beach, follow Highway 42 for 5 miles to reach the main campground. For more information, call 573-346-2500.
