Tastes and sights of Springs at Wah’Kon-Tah Prairie

BO BROWN KNOWS – Bo Brown, author of Foraging the Ozarks and Foraging Centrral Grasslands, spoke about how native prairie and grassland plants were traditionally used to provide sustainable food sources during his seminar at the Wan’Kon-Tah Prairie on Saturday, May 25. Other topics discussed were praise and grassland birds, ecology, plant identification and seasonal phenology changes.
