Met with Chad Pyle, Assessor

Requests to process court order 24571-24591, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Met with D.J. Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed road grader being stuck on road with broke belt. Was pulled out and fixed.

Discussed talking with Larry Reider about clay gravel for $20 a load to build some of roads back up.

Met with James McCrary, Sheriff

Weekly report of Inmate Housing – Out of County – 52, Cedar – 9 = 61

Discussed needing number of calls coming through Dispatch in a day for phone system.

Discussed City of Stockton Quarterly Report

Met with Marvin Manring

Discussed putting Levy Increase for Hospital Board on ballot in August. Hospital Board has meeting this evening to discuss. They will also discuss Ambulance Contract.

Met with Anterior Communications

Received bid for monthly services and installation of new phones.

Discussed Sheriff’s lines especially through Dispatch and whether to keep a hard line.

Reviewed bid received from Click Computers for monthly services and new phones.

Met with Joe Welborn, Korth Special Road District Commissioner

Discussed CR1700, whether road was closed or who was maintaining.

Discussed NACO Steering Committee Nominations – Commission opted not to participate.

Met with Sheridan Neeman – Kaysinger Basin

RCBI Grant is due.  Grant is $20,000 and City of El Dorado Springs will vote on a resolution this week. County Commission will wait for their resolution.

Kathy Harper reported damage on CR625, north of HWY CC.

Met with Ty Gaither – Prosecuting Attorney

Discussed a fence that has recently been placed in the right of way of a county road.  Ty to write a letter & provide to the Commission for approval.

Expanding commissary to have pizza and other food items. 

No leaks have been reported from the rains inside the jail.

Met with Cheryl Marcum concerning the SB391 and the meeting scheduled for 06/05/19.
