Discussed Jail list for inmates, we are currently housing 68 inmates.

Discussed eventually selling some of the patrol cars and/or replacing one of the SUV’s with a pick-up truck.

Met with Cheryl Marcum

Discussed ordinance issue on Senate Bill 391.

Met with Mary Norell, Vanessa Harper & Barbara Pate, City of Stockton

Discussed City Contract for Law Enforcement/Police Services for 2020.

Called Jason Sivils, Great River Engineering

Discussed Myers Bridge Project.

Called Steven Jeffrey to discuss Senate Bill 391.

Met with Chad Pyle, Assessor

Requests to process court order 24743-24755, missing 24742, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Memorandum reviewed for Missouri Department of Social Services 2020 IV-D Budget

Commission reviewed monthly reports for Senior Center Aerobics, Circuit Clerks Office and Recorder of Deeds.

Resident stopped by to discuss culvert on CR1450. Needs replaced with box culvert.

Resident stopped by to thank Commissioners on his road and how good of a job the Road & Bridge had done on it. Could still use some gravel.

Met with Peggy Kenney, Treasurer

Commission reviewed payment requests submitted to the Treasurer for discretionary funds by elected officials.

Met with Carole Wilkerson, Recorder of Deeds

Discussed paperwork on small counties losing funds.
