CEDAR COUNTY COMMISSION

The Cedar County Commission met Aug. 15, 2016. Present were: Marlon Collins, presiding commissioner; John A. Fox, southern commissioner; Peggy Kenney, county clerk; Absent: Don Boultinghouse, northern commissioner.

Minutes from Aug. 8, 2016, were approved.

Met with Road and Bridge department.

Motion by Collins to enter closed session pursuant to 601.021 to discuss audit review with State Auditor’s Office; Second by Fox.

Final Audit review will be released at a later date.

Bob Foster, candidate for Southern Commissioner was present.

Mike Stephens, candidate for State Representative 128 District was present.

Bills and payroll were approved and paid.

Met with Chad Pyle, assessor, to process court 21293 through 21295 to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.
