Met with Chad Pyle, Assessor

Requests to process court order 25935-25964, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Met with James McCrary, Sheriff

Jail Inmate Housing = 50

Finger print machine approved last week is on order.

Discussed GPS demo to be held at 1:30 p.m.

Stephen Jeffrey, Attorney, requested closed session.

Presented road aggregate that acts as a dust suppressant, a naturally occurring resource.  Commission approved a test spot to be established after the first of 2021 to be placed on CR2100.

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed location of equipment, maintenance on CR1320, CR501, CR550, CR425, and tree debris on CR676.

Barbara Walsh stopped in to submit a Cares Act Funding request for the El Dorado Springs Ministerial Association.  Barbara will submit additional information to be considered to complete the application process.

Met with Mike Stephens, State Representative

Discussion on SB391 and plans to present a bill to modify the loss of local control created by SB391.

Webinar with Verizon for GPS tracking on automobiles

Software will include tracking of odometer readings, location, and speed of units to promote safe driving habits and timely maintenance recordings.

Met with Nick Allison, Economic Developer

Discussion on broadband survey.

Motion by Boultinghouse to approve West Central Community Action Agency in the amount of $23,669 as an updated amount from original request of Cares Act Funding; second by Foster.  Foster – Yes, Boultinghouse – Yes, Collins – Yes

Prepared & signed a termination letter of the Stockton Lake Walk-In Contract effective 12:00 a.m., 01/01/2021.

Signed agreement to allow Quentin Stanley to act on our behalf for BRO on CR1620
