• Dade County asked for assistance in locating family of one of their inmates who is talking strange on 1801 Rd.  Officer attempted to contact and no one was there.  Building was vacant and locked from the outside.  Dade called back and cancelled as they are releasing subject.  HBO

• Resident on Broadway Jerico stated there were trespassers at a neighbor’s house.  That neighbor has been deceased for over a year.  Officer stated it looked as if there had been people in there and door was open.  He closed the best he could.

• Cattle out on Hwy 245 one mile south of Hwy 32.  HBO

• MVA reported on Hwy 39 and K.   Transferred to MSHP.

• Officer out on welfare check on Marshall Eldo.  No contact

• Officer out with male on Summer Eldo.  En-route to school.

• RP stated he heard an alarm going off at Orleans Trail Stockton. Contacted owner.  Fuel tank north of OT was going off.  No report

• Assault on Hwy 97 Jerico.  Brother in laws arguing.  HBO

• Trash truck on Hwy BB and 151 Eldo.  Blocking roadway.  Advised they would get it moved in the morning.  HBD

• Verbal altercation between RP and male that would not leave.  He does not live there on 75 Rd Eldo.  RP called back and he left and was fine unless he returned.  Officer went to talk to RP.  HBO

• Officer out on civil process on Kirkpatrick Eldo.  Negative contact.

• By Faith Baptist Church Stockton.  Warning for failure to attach plates.

• 800 Rd and Hwy 51 Virgil City.  Officer requested back up.  Passenger has active warrants and was detained.  Driver Kyle Ewing has active warrants and revoked license and was arrested.  Officer saw passenger throw something out the window.  Towing service removed vehicle.  Located the material thrown from the vehicle.

• Officer out with suspicious vehicle north of 724 Stockton.  Stickered to be towed.

• Suspicious vehicle reported in RP’s driveway shining lights on residence on 325 Rd Eldo.

• Onstar reported MVA on Hwy 54 and 601 Rd Eldo.  Vehicle into fence.  Male taken to hospital with arm pain.  Vehicle removed.  Transferred to other agency.

• RP reported hitting a deer by Ewing Concrete Stockton.

• RP reported hitting a deer on Hwy 32 and K Stockton.

• C&I driver reported on Hwy 32 by Cedar Creek bridge.  Officer stopped driver by CMH Medical Stockton. Warning for C&I and speeding.

• Male and female arguing in Woods parking lot Stockton.  Neither wants to press charges.  No report.

• MVA reported on Hwy J by Silver Creek bridge.  Officer gave subject a ride to town.  Vehicle marked off until it could be moved.  HBO

• RP reported her car was hit in the parking lot at the Boathouse Stockton.  Subject left the scene.  Possibly known subject.  Report taken.

• MVA reported on Hwy J 1⁄2 mile south of N.   subject was possibly intoxicated and left the scene.  Transferred to MSHP.

• Very likely the two incidents above are related.

• C&I reported on Hwy 39 heading north into Stockton.  Unable to locate.

• 2 vehicle MVA by Boathouse Stockton.  No injuries.  Vehicle towed.  HBO

• Osage County requested assistance locating a vehicle in Stockton on Locust.  HBD

• Officer out on warrant service on E Hwy 32 Stockton.  Patrick Decker arrested

• Assault on Hwy 39 Stockton.  RP stated he thought his mother was bleeding and thought she fell and hit her head and they helped her get into bed.   Officer advised this injury was due to an assault with a deadly weapon.  Mother transported to CMH.  Joseph Devlin arrested.

• Suspicious older female walking on Hwy 39.  RP afraid she’s going to get hit.  Report taken.

• RP reported people walking around with flash lights on Hwy 39 and Airport Rd Stockton.  GOA

• RP reported subject walking around Vet Clinic on Hwy 39 Stockton with a flash light.  Unfounded.

• RP reported someone kicked his truck and left a dent on Owens Mill Rd Stockton.

• Officer received call of an abandoned vehicle on Hwy B Jerico.  GOA

• RP reported a stolen phone on Allison Eldo.  Report taken

• Received call that subjects dumped a bunch of trash at Woods Stockton.  Officer made the subjects clean up the trash and wrote a warning for plates.

• RP stated he just bought house on 1485 Rd Stockton.  He’s been moving in and discovered his garage door was broken into and stuff was missing.  Report taken.

• Theft reported on 1925 Stockton.  RP is sure who took the items.  Report taken.

• Welfare check requested on Hwy 54 Eldo.  Subject is Code 4.  HBO

• Officer requested assistance on Grand and Marshall Eldo.  Kenneth Cerny arrested.

• RP stated her ex keeps driving by her house on Locust Stockton and she wants a resolution.  Officer to drive by and see if he can make contact with him.  Dispatch and officer made a plan and advised RP.  HBO

• Assault reported on Hwy 39 Stockton.  Male left on foot.  HBO

• Officer reported that a boxer on 1453 Rd Stockton has already bitten 2 people and is out again.  HBO

• RP stated a truck was in the ditch and called a tow truck and had it pulled out on Hwy 39.  He then noticed his shop had been broken into.  HBO

• Cedar County Library wants to press charges on multiple people who have late charges or damaged book returns. HBO

• Motion alarm going off on West St Stockton at Ed’s.  All doors and windows secure.  Report taken.

• Officer out with Trooper on traffic stop at McDonald’s Eldo.

• Suspicious vehicle on Hwy 32 and Carmen Eldo.  They have permission to be there.  No report

• RP reported a male has been staying there a few days at Cedar Ridge Apts Stockton.  RP wants him to leave but he has no where to go.  Will contact Ministerial Alliance.   No contact made.
