• Person at Woody’s in Stockton called to report a drive-off for fuel. Deputy contacted subject and they went and paid for it.

• Person called to report her landlord was harassing her , trying to make her leave. Deputy dispatched but subject was gone on arrival.

• Person in Caplinger requested if a deputy could deliver groceries to her mother in Humansville. Dispatch told her once a deputy was available they would deliver them to her.

• Report of a C&I driver on 54 and HH. Info forwarded to ESPD.

• Traffic stop at west Fields in Eldo. Deputy clear; No report taken.

• Report of C&I driver west bound on 32 over dam. Vehicle gone on arrival of deputy.

• Person at nursing home behind CMH Clinic called to report a suspicious person on a motorcycle had been driving around in the parking lot for about 4 hours. Deputy dispatched but subject was gone on arrival.

• C&I driver reported in Stockton. Swerving all over the road and failing to maintain speed. Was observed going into Casey’s and buying alcohol.

• Traffic stop just down from Casey’s in Stockton. Warning x 2 issued.

Tuesday 09/21

• Person at Tulsa Parts Connections reported that one of their delivery trucks was enroute to make a delivery to Johnsons Auto Body shop in Stockton. Their driver reported that a suspicious truck was following him around since Bolivar and was stopping across the street with their lights off, everywhere he stopped. Deputy dispatched to Johnson’s and delivery driver arrived but the suspicious truck never showed up.

• Deputy out for 2 different welfare checks in Eldo. Deputy had negative contact with either person.

• Traffic stop on 32 and U in Eldo. Warning issued failure to stop at stop sign.

• Deputy out with suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road by a fence on 1425 Rd in Stockton. Made contact with driver and has permission by owner to park there due to helping the property owner out.

• Traffic stop at 601 and 02 in Stockton. Warning issued for plates. Paperwork shown that vehicle was just purchased.

• Traffic stop at 32 and 1901 in Stockton. Warning issued for equipment.

• Traffic stop on Garvel parking lot on Park St in Eldo. Deputy seized plates due to not belonging on vehicle. Driver stated he was taking his sister to school and then would take vehicle home and get registration taken care of.

• Deputy called to Eldo for welfare check for truancy. Made contact with parents and they advised they would take them to school.

• Traffic stop on 32, N of 97 in Eldo. Warning issued for speed.

• Traffic stop at Serenity Storage in Eldo. Warning issued for equipment.

Thursday 09/23

• Person at the Sonic in Stockton reported that a female there had her phone stolen. Female will come to CCSO and file report with info of phone.

Friday 09/24

• Person in Eldo reported an abandoned vehicle at their residence.  Deputy dispatched and made contact with a male subject that appeared to be sleeping. Consent to search but then denied. Warning given to not be parking someone’s driveway to pass out and sleep.

• Person in Eldo reported someone had attempted to break into his residence. Person reported that they did not gain entry so nothing was missing but wanted to report it for future reference. Report taken.

• Call transfer from Vernon County of a person reporting that someone was trying to break into her residence. The screen on her window was ripped and sounded like someone trying to come in her front door. Dispatch transferred the call to ESPD.
