In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Sept 26 – Officers responded to 113 West Broadway concerning a reported larceny. Investigation continues.

Sept 27 – Arrests: Felicia D. Love, 26, Leedy, OK, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, for failure to appear on the original charge of dog license required with a bond of $100.50. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Robyn J. Purkey, 39, El Dorado Springs, for an active El Dorado Springs warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of expired plates with $102 bond. She was released on her own recognizance pending court appearance.

Sept 28 – Arrest: John R. Gruber, 37, El Dorado Springs for three Cedar County warrants charging him with probation violation with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail.

Officers responded to 312 West  Hwy 54, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of chocolate milk. Investigation continues.

Sept 29 – Arrest: Clinton E. Moore, 40, El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of trespassing and driving while intoxicated. He was released on summons pending icourt appearance.

Sept 30- Arrest: William L. Hayes, 48, Nevada, for a Vernon County Warrant for third degree domestic assault with a bond of $2,500.. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Oct 1 – Arrest: Stanley E. Shumaker, 51, El Dorado Springs, for an active Vernon County warrant, on the charge of deliver/attempt to deliver/poss/deposit/conceal controlled substance at correction facility, city/county jail or private prison/jail with a bond of $10,000 cash only. He was transferred to Vernon County jail pending bond and court appearance.
