Oct 10 – Officers responded to 230 West Poplar concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a black 2016 homemade utility 5×10 trailer with wood side boards. Investigation continues.

Oct 11 – Officers responded to 307 South Grand concerning a reported larceny.  Investigation revealed the theft of a black 10 foot trailer with a load gate made by Carry-On with a Missouri registration of 33E6HK. Investigation continues.

Oofficers responded to 206 North Park concerning a peace disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Levi R. Sieleman, 34, El Dorado Springs, charging him with peace disturbance. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Oct 12 – Arrests: Shayla J. Blevins, 24, El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County warrant charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of fail to secure child less than 16 years old in properly fastened restraint. Officers found illegal drug evidence on her person during arrest. Officers applied for and received a Cedar County warrant charging blevins with a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance with a $15,000 bond. She was transported to the Cedar County jail pending bond and court appearance.

Jason R. Reynolds, 37, El Dorado Springs, for an active Nevada, Missouri, Municipal warrant for expired plates with a bond of $160 cash only. He was released to Nevada Police Department pending bond and court appearance.

Officers responded to 312 West  54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported shoplifting. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Joseph M. Burnett Jr., 39, El Dorado Springs, charging him with stealing. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Oct 14  – Officers responded to 617 North Main concerning a reported assault. Suspect has been identified, investigation continues.

Arrest: Allen L. Foulk, 38, Stockton, for a Vernon County warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of assault with no bond. He was transferred to the Vernon County jail pending court appearance.

Oct 15 – Officers responded to 804 South Grand concerning a reported assault. Suspect has been identified and tinvestigation continues.

Officers responded to a reported disturbance at 409 South Forrest. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Charles S. Green, 38,  El Dorado Springs, charging him with peace disturbance by fighting. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Oct 16 – Officers responded to 110 East Poplar concerning a reported domestic disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Tyler W. Miller, 26, El Dorado Springs, charging him with domestic assault and an active Hickory County warrant charging him with probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance with a $40,000 bond.  He was transferred to the Hickory County jail.
