EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

Oct 24 – Arrest: Harold E.Preston, 50, Appleton City for El Dorado Springs warrant for failure to appear on original charge careless and reckless driving with cash or surety bond of $75.50.

Oct 25 – Arrests: Thomas E Cheek, 42, El Dorado Springs for Cedar County warrant for probation violation with the original charge of possession of a controlled substance with no bond to serve seven days and then be released.  He was extradited to Cedar County Sheriff’s office.

Robert J. Halcon, 21, El Dorado Springs, for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Oct 26 – Officers responded to 707 South Grand, concerning a reported domestic assault. Suspect identified and investigation continuing.

Oct 27 Officer responded to 312 West 54 Hwy for a report of shoplifting.  Investigation led to arrested of Dusty J. Lavallee, 18, El Dorado Springs, for larceny. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 135 West Spring, Community Center, concerning a reported larceny. Juvenile suspect identified and referred to juvenile office.

Oct 28 – Arrest: Brandon L Damewood, 17, El Dorado Springs for St. Clair County warrant for three counts of Arson, with a cash only bond of $30,000.00. He was extradited to St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office pending bond or a court appearance.

Oct 28 – Arrests: Jerry S Bobbett, 56, El Dorado Springs for diving while intoxicated and careless and reckless driving in a parking lot. She was released on summons pending court appearance.

Mark W. Scott, 55, El Dorado Springs, for two counts domestic assault and St. Clair County warrant for failure to appear with the original charge of littering with cash only bond of 150. He was released on bond pending a court appearance on the St. Clair County warrant and he was released on summons pending court appearance on the domestic assault.

Oct 30 – Arrest:Christian M Myers, 24, El Dorado Springs, for St. Clair County warrant for attempted burglary first degree with a cash or surety bond of 10,000 and a Vernon County warrant for failure to appear on theft with no bond. He posted bond on the St. Clair County warrant and was extradited to Vernon County Sheriff’s office.
