The El Dorado Springs Police Department responded to 85 requests for assistance this past week, July 19-25. The requests were as follows:

Ambulance Assists 8, Animal Control 6, Assist Other Agencies 11, All Escorts 0, Nuisance 2, All Other Requests for Assistance 58, Summons 3.

Police Report

On July 22, 2021, officers arrested David J. Neal, 31, of El Dorado Springs, for a Henry County Warrant, charging him with Driving While Suspended/Revoked with a $1,000.00 cash bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On July 23, 2021, officers responded to 227 West Gay concerning a domestic disturbance. A juvenile suspect was identified and referred to the juvenile office.

On July 23, 2021, officers responded to 107 South High concerning a Domestic Assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Jack R. Schies, 66, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Assault. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On July 24, 2021, officers arrested Stephanie J Fisk, 39, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging her with Failure to Appear of the original charges of Trespassing and Stealing with a $618.00 bond. She was released on recognizance pending a court appearance.

On July 24, 2021, officers responded to 1601 South Vernon concerning a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Erika Comstock, 50, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Peace Disturbance. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On July 24, 2021, officers responded to 406 East Marshall concerning a larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a lawn mower. The item was later recovered and returned to owner.

On July 29, 2021, officers responded to 227 West U.S. 54 Highway concerning a theft from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of an iphone, black case, green box knife and a Bic lighter. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On July 29, 2021, officers responded to, 808 South Main Street, concerning a larceny.  The investigation revealed the theft of a Huffy Rocket bicycle. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On 30 July 2021, officers responded to 201 South Belisle concerning a stolen bicycle. The investigation revealed theft of a Redline bicycle.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

On July 30, 2021, officers responded to 1214 South Park concerning a burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of items from a storage unit. A suspect was identified and the investigation continues.

On July 30, 2021, officers responded a report of an assault at 227 West US 54 Highway. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On July 30, 2021, officers responded to 304 South Kirkpatrick concerning a peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Tanya F. Stroer, 44, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of peace disturbance. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.
