In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Jan 2 – Officers responded to 310 South Forrest  concerning a reported domestic assault. Suspect identified and investigation continues.

Officers responded to 312 West  54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a bag of cookies. Investigation continues.

Arrest: Timothy W Willis, 44,  Lamar, for a Lamar Municipal warrant charging him with resisting arrest, obstructing justice, and disorderly conduct with a cash bond of $100. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Jan 5 – Arrest: Lavell B Young, 38, Jerico Springs, for two Cedar County earrants charging him with failure to obey judge’s order on the original charges of DWI –  persistent offender with no bond.  He was transferred to the Cedar County jail.

Jan 6 – Arrest: John E Sieleman, 37,  El Dorado Springs, for Bates County warrant charging him with non support with a $5,000 bond. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Jan 7 – Arres: John D. Donahue Jr, 32, El Dorado Springs, charging him with assault, resisting arrest and assault of law enforcement officer. He was released on summonses pending ocourt appearance.

January 8, 2017, officers responded to 312 West 54 Hwy, Wood’s Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a bottle of Wild Turkey.  Investigation continues.

Oficers responded to 1301 East Industrial Parkway, Southwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, concerning a reported assault. Suspect identified, a report investigation continues.
