Dec 23 – Jessica Dunnington, 33, Deepwater, arrested on St. Clair County warrants charging her with class C felony tampering with a motor vehicle, class D felony driving while revoked, class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and class C misdemeanor speeding. Total bond set at $15,257 with $257 being cash only. Osceola Police Department made arrest on warrant.

Dec 27 – Francis Chaluisant, 39, Clinton, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on class C felony charge of burglary-second degree. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Original charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation April 2013 when deputies dispatched to SE 871 Rd, in reference to items loaded in truck that was stuck in the mud and unable to move. Items in truck included green refrigerator, washing machine, wood stove, furnace and some other small items.

Contact made with Chaluisant who stated he had permission from the owner of the property to take scrap from the trailers. Contact made with property owner, Duane Bourland, who stated items that were removed from his property without permission.      

Austin Horn, 22, Calhoun,  arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him probation violation on original class D felony charge of resisting/interference with arrest. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from incident Sept. 1, 2014, when St. Clair County deputies dispatched to Lowry City in reference to domestic in progress. Information obtained Horn allegedly broke out a window and was headed to the park armed with a knife. Horn was located and ordered to stop several times. Each time, he failed to obey and took off running from deputies. When he approached the intersection of Griswald and Third streets, a citizen jumped out and yelled at him.  Horn turned around and charged at one of the deputies. Deputy deployed taser and Horn taken into custody.

While the deputy was preparing his vehicle to transport Horn to  jail, Horn was able to break custody and took off running again until a citizen tripped him causing him to fall to the ground. Horn was taken into custody and transported to St. Clair County Jail. Knife recovered that Horn allegedly threw in a ditch while running. Investigation revealed incident started when Horn allegedly asked for $80 from a family member and was refused. There was a physical altercation regarding a cellular phone and threats made.

Dec – 28 – Terry Sieleman, 38, Appleton City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on original class C felony charge of possession of controlled substance and class A misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond on those charges set at $20,000 cash only.

Charges stem from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation  Oct. 25 when traffic stop  conducted on vehicle Sieleman was passenger in. During  investigation members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force arrived on scene to assist with stop. A check revealed Sieleman had two warrants from Henry County for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of harassment and speeding. Sieleman  taken into custody.

Investigation continued at camper Sieleman resides in behind abandoned residence on Burdette Street, Appleton City. Plastic bag with white powder and several items of drug paraphernalia discovered in camper. White powder field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Sieleman also arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court in another case charging him with class C felony charge of possession of controlled substance. Bond on that charge set at $10,000 cash only. Original charge stems from Appleton City Police Department investigation October 2013.

Dec. 29 – Deputy took burglary report on East Fourth Street, Appleton City. Deborah Reeder reported several items missing from her business, Riley’s Auction House. Reeder said a money box, laptop and miscellaneous tools missing. No information on value of items was reported.

Dec 30 – Kendal Langum, 25, Kansas City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with five felony counts and one misdemeanor count. Charges include class B felony distribution of a controlled substance, class C felony possession of a controlled substance, class C felony receiving stolen property, class D felony unlawful use of weapon-possessing weapon and a felony controlled substance, class D felony unlawful use of weapon-carrying concealed, and class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Total bond set at $50,000 cash only.

Charges stem from investigation previous day when St. Clair County deputies assisted Missouri State Highway Patrol on with a traffic stop on Hwy 13 near CC Hwy. During investigation MSHP trooper allegedly found cocaine, marijuana, a stolen firearm and drug paraphernalia in his possession.

Curtis Decker, 42, Warsaw, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with probation violation on original class C felony charge of receiving stolen property from September 2011.

Dec. 31 – Raymond Smith, 37, Osceola, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance and class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Total bond set at $15,000 cash or surety. Warrant  issued Dec. 27 and stems from  Osceola Police Department investigation Aug. 25.

Ricky Collins, 34, Lowry City,  arrested in St. Clair County on an Andrew County warrant for failing to appear in court on original class A misdemeanor charge of non-support. Bond set at $2,000 cash only.

Jan 3 – Daniel Thomas, 27, Osceola, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony unlawful use of weapon, class E felony unlawful possession of firearm and two class A misdemeanor domestic assault third degree. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety.      

Charges stem from St Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation Jan. 2 when deputies responded to domestic disturbance in progress involving a firearm on NW 101 Rd. During investigation admissions were made by Thomas about being involved in a domestic disturbance involving several people. Further investigation learned Thomas allegedly pointed a Franchi 20 gauge shotgun at a family member and threatened to the individual. Thomas also made admissions to hiding a Franchi 20 gauge shotgun because he is a convicted felon.

Warrant was issued for Zachariah Bishop, 33, Montrose, for failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $10,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from incident Sept 24, 2014, when St. Clair County deputy dispatched to Concord Street, Appleton City, in reference to a violation of an ex-parte. During investigation, Bishop was taken into custody. A search of his person located a bag that contained a white powdery substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Warrant was issued for Delbert Gould, 32, Osceola, charging him with failing to appear in court on a class C felony burglary-second degree and a class C felony theft/stealing.

Original charges stem from incident that occurred in September 2015. October 2015, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on NE 310 Private Rd. Michael Gonder reported damage to a door of his residence and several items missing from inside including a pair of camouflaged boots, propane bottle and power washer. Total value of the items stolen estimated at $2,855. During investigation Gould identified utilizing surveillance photos taken from the property. In one photo Gould is wearing the stolen boots.

Warrant  issued for Dillion Bennett, 33, Nevada, for failing to appear in court for probation violation on original class C felony burglary second degree charge and a class D felony charge of property damage first degree. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Original charges stem from incident Dec. 31, 2015, when St. Clair County deputies were dispatched to esidence on SW 101 Rd in reference to stealing in progress. Property iowned by David Lile and residence recently destroyed by fire.

Deputies arrived on scene and located Bennett sitting in truck filled with metal scrap items taken from the structure. Investigation revealed Bennett did not have permission to be on the property. Owner arrived on scene and identified items and advised a metal outbuilding that was not damaged by the fire was also missing from the property. He noted the metal in the back of the truck was from the missing building. Items that were inside the building were found beside the truck. Damage to the building estimated at $1,500 and the value of the items taken was estimated at $1,000.

Jan  4 – Deputy took burglary report on NE U Hwy. Frances Wood and Billy Wood Jr. reported a Lincoln arc welder and six vehicle batteries stolen from their property. Suspect named.

Christopher Linder, 39, Kansas City, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on a class D felony charge of possession of burglary tools. Original charge stems from incident in the early morning hours on Sept. 19, 2016 when a deputy was investigating a burglary on SW 1371 Rd. During investigation two vehicles were observed heading in the direction of the property that was burglarized. Contact was made with one of the vehicles. Linder was the passenger in the vehicle.

Further investigation revealed a backpack containing a small ATV battery, black camouflaged mask, two pairs of gloves, two screwdrivers and two flashlights in his possession. A pry bar was  located in the trunk of the vehicle. Linder had a single bullet in his pocket which matched the rounds stolen from the residence.

St. Clair County warrant issued for Shawn Hughes, 28, Springfield, for failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of non support. Bond set at $1,000 cash only.

Jan 5 –  Deputy took theft report from Clifford Parsons. He reported an Outback S-Lite GPS system was stolen from his truck that was parked on his property on NW 1150 Rd.  Parsons said the GPS system is $995 new and he estimated the price of a used unit at $600.

Sheila Prater, 48, Appleton City, arrested on East Burbank St., Appleton City, on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance. Bond set at $266.50 cash only. Charge stems from investigation on June 23 when a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle she was driving.
