In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Feb 27 – Officers responded to 910 South Main  concerning a reported domestic disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of John Miranda, 35, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with assault.  He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Feb 28 – Arrests: Gina M. Riboni, 44, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County warrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charge off failure to register a motor vehicle with a $101 cash only bond, and a Nevada Municipal warrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle with a $75 cash only bond. She was transferred to the Vernon County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

William D. Dennison, 52, of Nevada for a Vernon County warrant, charging him with third degree domestic assault with a $5,000. bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

March 1 – Officers responded to 901 South Grand, El Dorado Springs School R-2 Schools, concerning a reported assault.  A juvenile suspect has been identified and referred to the Juvenile Office.

March 2 – Arrests: Shawnda R. Pulley, 34, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal aarrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charges of stealing, shoplifting and trespassing with a $940.50 bond, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Shane T. Stewart, 37, of El Dorado Springs, for an active St. Clair County warrant charging him with distribution of a controlled substance, with no bond, possession of controlled substance and resisting arrest. He was transported to the St. Clair County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

March 3 – Officers responded to 107 West Lafayette concerning a reported peace disturbance by fighting. The investigation resulted in the arrests of Zachary L. Helm, 29 of El Dorado Springs, charging him with peace disturbance and no operators license, and Brandee G. Lawson, 39, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with peace disturbance and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released on summonses pending a court appearance.

March 4 – Officers responded to 511 South Park concerning reported  missing person. The investigation revealed that Shawna Mooney, 30, of El Dorado Springs, was reported missing on March 04, 2017. She was last seen between midnight and 2:00 a.m on March 4, 2017. She was wearing black shirt, a black jeans, and black shoes.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the El Dorado Springs Police Department at 471-876-2313 or 417-876-TIPS (8477).

March 5 – Arrest:Thomas R. Hill, 41, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County warrant, charging him with failure to appear, on the original charge of traffic offense with a $250 cash bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.
