July 6 – Officers responded to 312 West Fields concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a 40 inch and a 28 inch television. Investigation continues.
Arrest: Angie R. Davis, 39, El Dorado Springs, for an active Bates County warrant charging her with five counts of passing bad checks with a $2,000 bond. She was released on bond pending court appearance.
July 8 – Oficers responded to 105 West Patricia concerning a reported domestic disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrest of David E. Breeden, 36, El Dorado Springs, charging him with third degree domestic assault. He was released on summons pending court appearance.
July 9 – Arrest: Rebecca S. Franklin, 23, Garden City, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging her with failure to appear on original charges of peace disturbance and child endangerment with a bond of $502. She was released on bond pending court appearance.
July 10 – Officers responded to 3112 West 54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported shoplifting. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Doreen L. Cooper, 59, El Dorado Springs, the probable cause of stealing and possession of a controlled substance. Officers completed a probable cause statement for these charges.
Officers responded to 103 West Cruce concerning a reported domestic Assault. Suspect has been identified and investigation continues.
