ASSESSMENT MEETING NOTICE
The Cedar County Board of Equalization will meet on Monday, July 12, 2021 and July 19, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. in Room 5 of the Cedar County Courthouse.
Any taxpayer wanting to appeal the assessed value of their property as set by the county assessor should contact Heather York, Cedar County Clerk at 417.276.6700 Ext.222 or clerk@cedarcountymo.gov for an appointment. Appointments shall be scheduled by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2021.
The Board of Equalization shall consist of the County Commissioners, the Assessor (non-voting member), the Surveyor and two citizens of the county appointed by the County Commission. The County Clerk serves as secretary of the Board without vote.
