City Tax Sale

The City of El Dorado Springs and Cedar County will be offering for sale the following properties located in El Dorado Springs.  There will be a minimum bid to satisfy the base taxes only.  Penalties, interest, special assessments and advertising costs will be waived.  The properties are the following;

121 W Walnut,

115 W Martin,

329 W Broadway,

307 & 301 W Spring,

314 W Spring,

224 W Gay,

212 W Lafayette,

309 S Summer,

404 S Park,

404 S Kirkpatrick,

501 S Park.

The auction will take place Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall, 135 W Spring Street.  Successful bidders will receive collector’s deeds from both the City and County, take immediate possession and there will be no redemption period for the record owners of the properties.
