The St. Clair County Commission met Monday, June 26, with Robert Salmon, presiding commissioner; Leroy Strope, north commissioner, Gerald Williams, south commissioner and Marian McCaslin, administrative assistant present.

The Commissioners spoke by telephone with Darin Hamelink, MoDot, regarding the engineers cost estimate on the bridge replacement on NE 1270 Rd. Negotiations on the engineer’s cost estimate are being discussed with Garver Engineering.

The Commissioners discussed pipes for bridge replacement on SW 871 Rd.

Commission met Friday, June 30, with Robert Salmon, presiding commissioner; Leroy Strope, north commissioner; Gerald Williams, south commissioner; Debbie Peden, county clerk and Marian McCaslin, administrative assistant present.

Commissioner Williams made a motion to approve Minutes of June 26, 2017. Motion carried.

CART Revenues received were $55,954.47. $40,184.59 of the portion going to Common Road District. Out of these revenues, funds are allocated to the following Special Road Districts: Appleton City Special $2,787.61; Chloe Special $1,831.85; Collins Special $3,584.06; Hillsdale Special $1,831.85; Osceola Special $2,946.09; Vista Special $2,787.61.

Presiding Commissioner Salmon signed the Assessment Reimbursement for the quarter of April 1, 2017, through June 30, 2017.

The Commissioners discussed trees that had blown down and across roads due to a storm last week.

At 10 a.m. the Commissioner left to review various issues that have come before the County.
