Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made one arrest and took multiple reports during the weeks of December 8, 2020 through December 14, 2020.

Arrests

Trevor Davis- On December 8th, Trevor Davis, 31, Appleton City, was arrested at the Probation and Parole Office, on a Greene County Misdemeanor Warrant for Failing to Appear. The bond was set at $500.00 cash or surety.

Property Damage/Burglary on 54 Highway

On December 8th, St. Clair County deputies responded to SE 54 Highway in response to a possible burglary. Upon arriving on scene, the deputies made contact with James Gentry, who reported that his hunting cabin had been broken into. During an investigation of the property, it was discovered that multiple objects had been moved in the house, alongside both the front door window, and front door screen window, were broken. James reported the only thing missing was a queen sized air mattress. The deputies took a report alongside photographs of the property.

Property Damage in Osceola

On December 8th, St. Clair County deputies responded to Osceola in regards to property damage. Upon arrival, the deputies made contact with the property owner, Tracy Bottcher, who reported that his Blue Duramax Generator had been damaged. An investigation found that wires had been cut in the generator, and a nearby game camera that was pointing at the generator had the SD card missing. The property damage alongside the missing card was valued at $2010.00. Photographs, alongside a report, were taken of the damage and nearby area.

Stolen Vehicle in Deepwater

On December 11th, a St. Clair County deputy responded to Deepwater in response to a possible stolen car. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the property owner, Keith Stinnett, who reported that when he returned home, he noticed that his black Lexus was missing. Keith stated that the last time he or his wife knew of the location of the car was December 5th. He also stated that he, nor his wife, had given permission to anyone to borrow the car. The vehicle was entered as stolen and evidence was collected.
