Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made three arrests during the week of Dec. 4-Dec. 8, 2017.

Warrant Arrests

Dec. 6 – Joshua Bohannon, 33, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony domestic assault in the second degree. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

The arrest comes after the victim reported that she and Bohannon got into an argument. The victim stated that during the argument, Bohannon punched her in the face several times and then put her in a headlock. A request for prosecution was filled out.

           

Dec. 4 – David Faulkner, 32, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.

The charges stem from a Mid-Missouri Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force investigation on Aug. 22, 2017.

           

Dec. 4, Gerald Fennewald, 40, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class E felony domestic assault in the third degree. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

The arrest comes from a St. Clair County investigation into a domestic assault in Appleton City. The victim stated that Fennewald had punched her in the face during an argument. A request for prosecution was filled out.
