Aug. 18 – St. Clair County deputy arrested Stephanie Shivers, 36, Lowry City, on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor assault third degree. Bond set at $2,500 cash or surety. Charge stems from an incident July 28 when deputies responded to Lowry City, in reference to assault that occurred on North Burdette Street. Female victim reported Shivers attacked and assaulted her.

George Richey, 54, Appleton City, arrested by Appleton City Police Department on St. Clair County warrant charging him with  unclassified misdemeanor supplying liquor to a minor. Bond set at $2,500 cash or surety. Charge stems from incident in January when Richey allegedly purchased alcohol for minor who was later arrested for minor in possession.

Sara Seedyk, 17, Lowry City, arrested in Benton County on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor assault third degree. Bond set at $2,500 cash or surety. Charge stems from incident on July 28 when deputies responded to Lowry City, in reference to assault that occurred on North Burdette. Female victim reported Seedyk struck her in the face, pushed her on the bed and began choking her.

Aug. 19 – Deputy arrested Brent Thomas, 43, Osceola, at the St. Clair County Courthouse on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony driving while revoked. Bond set at $5,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation July 8 when deputy made contact with Thomas who had struck a deer with a vehicle he was driving. The investigation revealed Thomas had four prior offenses for driving while revoked or suspended.

Aug. 19, Deputy arrested Maria Gonzalez, 44, Osceola, at St. Clair County Courthouse on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony assault-second degree. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from  Osceola Police Department investigation July 28.

Deputy arrested Michael Books, 43, Bolivar, at St. Clair County Courthouse on two Polk County warrants for failing to appear in court. Books’ facing two misdemeanor charges of stealing. Total bond set at $400 cash only. Charges stem from Bolivar Police Department investigations.

Aug. 20 – James Lysinger, 38, Lowry City,  arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on original charge of no seat belt. Lysinger also arrested on Henry County probation violation warrant on original felony charge of driving without a valid license-third offense. Total bond  set at $2,510 cash only.

Aug 21-Jamie Oehring, 38, Rockville, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony assault-second degree. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.

Charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation the previous day when a deputy dispatched to Ellett Memorial Hospital, Appleton City, in reference to an assault. Female victim reported Oehring became angry and stabbed her in the arm with a large barbecue style fork.

Nathan Smith, 35, Independence, arrested at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s office on Independence Police Department warrant charging him with felony possession of a controlled substance-amphetamine. Bond set at $4,900 with 10–percent cash or secured.

Aug. 22 – Scott Thrush, 51, Osceola, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony unlawful use of a weapon and class A misdemeanor assault-third degree. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Charges stem from incident the previous day when deputies responded to SE 1147 Rd, in reference to assault. Witnesses stated Thrush allegedly drove by on ATV cursing and threatening a couple in their yard. He stopped, drew a handgun and pointed it at a male individual while making threats to shoot and kill him. Thrush holstered the handgun, walked into individual’s yard and took swing at male. Fight ensued and multiple punches were exchanged. Thrush taken into custody and transported to St. Clair County lail.

Sheridi Wolfe, 29, Reeds Spring, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class B felony distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of a controlled substance. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation December 2015.

Aug. 25 – Warrant issued for Victoria Lacoy, 36, Kansas City, charging her with probation violation on original class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bond set at $5,000 cash only. Original charge stems from Lowry City Police Department investigation in October 2015.

Deputy took burglary report on South Blane Street, Lowry City. Don Woodrome reported someone stole $9,000 cash from safe at his residence. He said he is also missing the key to the safe. Suspect was named.

Aug. 26 – Deputy arrested Randy Johnson, 56, Osceola, on St. Clair County warrant charging him with two felony charges: class B felony distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of a controlled substance or attempt to or possess with intent to and class D felony unlawful use of a weapon-possessing a weapon and a controlled substance. Bond  set at $20,000 cash or surety. Charges stem from Osceola Police Department investigation the previous day.

Aug 27 -Andrea Chavis-Martin, 22, Edwardville, IL, arrested at the St. Clair County jail on two Crawford County warrants on misdemeanor charges of exceeding the posted speed limit by 11-15 miles-per-hour and operating a vehicle on highway without a valid driver’s license. Total bond set at $300 cash only.

Aug. 28 – Deputy took burglary report on NE 151 Rd,. Larry Gross reported someone forced entry into his house and shed and stole two trolling motors, a .22 caliber single shot rifle, two tow chains, axe, two coats and several shirts. Items and damage estimated at $500.

Aug. 29 – Geanna Allen, 54, Lowry City, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class D felony driving while revoked. Bond set at $4,500 cash or surety. Charge stems from incident the previous day when Allen was observed operating a motor vehicle on the city streets, state highway and county roads of St. Clair County. Deputy was familiar with Allen and aware she did not have valid operator’s license. Allen was taken into custody after a traffic stop conducted on vehicle she was driving.

Marcus Balthrope, 34, Appleton City, arrested at the St. Clair County Courthouse on three warrants for probation violations. A St. Clair County warrant charges him with probation violation on an original class C felony charge of driving while intoxicated-alcohol-aggravated offender and class D felony driving while revoked. Warrant issued June 10. Original charges stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in May 2013. Bond set at $5,000 cash only. Another warrant from Bates County and charges him with probation violation on original class D felony charge of resisting arrest. Warrant issued June 10. Original charge stems from investigation in Bates County May 2013. Bond set at $5,000 cash only. Third warrant issued by probation and parole and there is no bond set.

Darrell Link, 31, Nevada,  arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor non support. Bond set at $1,000 cash only. Warrant issued on Aug. 10.

Deputy took property damage report from Scott Moore. He reported someone broke a window out of his Ford Ranger while it was sitting in his driveway at his residence on NW 551 Rd.

Aug. 29, a St. Clair County warrant was issued Todd Conn, 34, Warrensburg, charging him with three class A misdemeanors, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence. Bond is set at $3,500 cash or surety. The charges stem from an Osceola Police Department investigation on July 23.

St. Clair County warrant  issued for Larry Dablemont, 68, Bolivar, charging him with class A misdemeanor theft and class B misdemeanor trespass-first degree. Bond set at $1,500 cash or surety.

Charges stem from incident that occurred May 27. May 30, St. Clair County deputy took report on SE 1200 Rd, Collins, from Robert Floyd regarding homemade gate missing. Investigation determined Dablemont trespassed on Floyd’s property and removed the gate without permission.
